6.1.D. - Page 5 i. If total gross retail ticket sale revenues are between $130,000 and $140,000, Zoppe will be paid a bonus of$5,000; or ii. If total gross retail ticket sale revenues exceed $140,000, Zoppe will be paid a bonus of$7,500. 5. Arrival and Set-Up Time. Performers must arrive no later than one hour prior to performance time on each date specified in Exhibit "A." At least one hour prior to the time of the first performance of the day, the City shall provide Performers and their designated representative's sufficient access to the Place of Performance for set-up and sound check. 6. Technical Requirements. The City shall provide the technical requirements as set forth in the Technical Requirements Rider attached hereto as Exhibit "C" and incorporated herein by this reference. 7. Term. Unless earlier terminated, the term of this Agreement will commence upon the date first above written and shall expire upon completion of performance of Services hereunder by Performers, or in any event by November 30, 2012. 8. Notice. The name of the persons who are authorized to give written notices or to receive written notice on behalf of City and on behalf of Performers under this Agreement.
