DES:d~' 07/20/94 (121/37) <br /> <br /> 0 R I G I N A L 8/1/94 <br /> <br /> R E S O L U T I O N N O. 12259 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br /> REVOCABLE PERMIT FOR THE USE OF THE REDWOOD CITY <br /> WEAPONS FIRING RANGE <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain agreement entitled, "Grant of Revocable Permit <br />For the Use of the Redwood City Weapons Firing Range", by and <br />between the City of Redwood City, a municipal corporation of the <br />State of California and the City of Foster City, a municipal <br />corporation of the State of California, granting to said City the <br />non-exclusive use of the City's Weapons Firing Range subject to <br />the terms and conditions stated therein, a copy of which permit <br />is on file in the Office of the City Clerk, to which copy <br />reference is hereby made for the full particulars thereof is <br />hereby approved, and the City Manager and City Clerk are hereby <br />authorized and directed to execute, and to attest thereto, <br />respectively, said agreement for and on behalf of the City of <br />Redwood City. <br /> <br /> <br />
