DES:djk 07/12/94 (023/26) <br /> 0 R I G I N A L 7/18/94 <br /> <br /> R E S O L U T I O N N O. 12252 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br /> MAINTENANCE AGREEMENTS FOR TELEPHONE SYSTEM <br /> <br /> (NEC BUSINESS COMMUNICATION SYSTEMS (WEST), INC.) <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> Those certain agreements entitled, "Maintenance Service <br />Agreement", by and between the City of Redwood City, a municipal <br />corporation of the State of California and NEC Business <br />Communication Systems (West), Inc., a copy of which agreements, <br />are attached hereto, marked Exhibits "A" and "B" inclusive, and <br />by this reference incorporated herein, providing for telephone <br />maintenance services for the City of Redwood City, at the <br />locations respectively described in said agreements, are hereby <br />approved, and the City Manager and City Clerk are hereby <br />authorized and directed to execute, and to attest thereto, <br />respectively, said agreements substantially in the form of <br />Exhibits A and B and/or such other appropriate documents to <br />effectuate the purpose of said agreements (in form approved by <br />the City Attorney). <br /> <br /> <br />
