DES:djk 07/12/94 (092/28) <br /> 0 R I G I N A L 7/18/94 <br /> <br /> R E S O L U T I 0 N N O. 12251 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br /> MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT FOR PRIME COMPUTER FOR FISCAL <br /> YEAR 1994-95 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain agreement entitled "Master Service Agreement" <br />by and between the City of Redwood City, a municipal corporation <br />of the State of California and Computervision Corporation, a copy <br />of which agreement, marked Exhibit "A", is attached hereto and by <br />this reference incorporated herein, providing for the City's <br />Prime 6450 computer maintenance services for fiscal year 1994-95, <br />is hereby approved, and the City Manager and City Clerk are <br />hereby authorized and directed to execute, and to attest thereto, <br />respectively, said agreement substantially in the form of Exhibit <br />A and/or such other appropriate documents to effectuate the <br />purpose of said agreement (in form approved by the City <br />Attorney). <br /> <br /> <br />
