Bennett -- $135/hr) <br /> <br /> 2) Wind-Tunnel Test Workshop - for the 8 hour session, with presentation $9A50 <br /> <br /> Construct the wind test model and conduct limited wind testing of selected test <br /> locations and wind direction components identified in Task I with the addition <br /> of best combinations of mitigation measures. A testing workshop is expected to <br /> yield helpful information in a single working session of 4 hours to a maximum <br /> of 8 hours of testing and consultation per session. <br /> <br /> The minimum fee for a workshop is $4,850, which includes 4 hrs. of time at the <br /> wind-tunnel for B. White, C. Bennett, and the wind-tunnel technicians. For <br /> every hour of workshop duration over the 4-hour minimum, add $700. <br /> <br /> After the workshop session. ESA will prepare a summary table and present the <br /> results and conclusions in an oral presentation. <br /> <br /> The cost estimate includes a budget of $450 for construction of the vicinity <br /> model base, the proposed new structures and those existing structures that will <br /> remain m place, as well as up to 3 dozen simulated trees and up to.2 dozen <br /> various small structures such as walls and screens or other small-scale wind- <br /> calming devices to be specified in Task I and tested in the workshop session. <br /> <br />P203394 - Scope, Schedule and Fee Page 5 <br /> <br /> <br />
