Successors. This Agreement, and all of the terms, <br /> conditions, covenants and agreements herein contained shall be <br /> binding upon, and shall inure to the benefit of, Owners, and <br /> Owner's administrators, heirs, assigns, and transferees. <br /> <br /> 6. Recordation. This Agreement shall be filed for <br /> recordation in the office of the Recorder, County of San Mateo, <br /> California. <br /> <br /> 7. Captions.
