DES :dft /21/95 (007/12) <br /> <br /> FSEIR, the Planning Commission Report for the <br /> Project, the testimony, both oral and <br /> documentary, made and submitted at the public <br /> hearing on the 1995 Development Agreement, <br /> and all other matters deemed material and <br /> relevant to the 1995 Development Agreement. <br /> <br />e. The FSEIR concludes that the Project may be <br /> developed without risk to humans, so as long <br /> as appropriate precautions are taken in the <br /> construction, maintenance and operation of <br /> the Project, which precautions are subject to <br /> the jurisdiction, and in conformance with the. <br /> requirements, of agencies of the County of <br /> San Mateo and the State of California <br /> regarding construction and use of former <br /> sanitary landfill sites. <br /> <br />f. Changes or alterations have been required in, <br /> or incorporated into, the Project by the 1994 <br /> Specific Plan, the 1988 FEIR and the FSEIR, <br /> and the 1995 Development Agreement, (the <br /> execution of which is a condition of approval <br /> of the 1994 Specific Plan), which changes or <br /> alterations mitigate or avoid the significant <br /> environmental effects of the Project as <br /> follows: <br /> <br /> (1) Geological and soils impacts associated <br /> with the Project shall be mitigated and <br /> <br /> 6 <br /> <br /> <br />
