The term 'professional person' <br /> as used in this Article shall include, but is not limited <br /> <br /> to, the following: <br /> Architect. <br /> Attorney at Law. <br /> <br /> Certified public accountant. <br /> Chiropractor. <br /> Dentist. <br /> Geologist. <br /> <br /> Medical practitioner. <br /> Optician. <br /> Optometrist. <br /> Oral surgeon. <br /> Osteopath. <br /> Physician. <br /> Podiatrist. <br /> <br /> Professional engineer (including but not limited to <br /> civil, chemical, mechanical and electrical engineers). <br /> Public accountant. <br /> Surgeon. <br /> Veterinarian. <br /> <br /> Residential Property Rental: The business of managing, <br /> operating or renting any apartment house, duplex, hotel, <br /> motel, mobile home park, rooming or boardinghouse with two <br /> (2) or more residential units.
