The recipient of such requests shall undertake <br />and provide the monitoring, analyses and/or reports <br />requested. <br /> <br /> "Section 27A.25. Violations. <br /> <br /> (1) Violations Constituting Misdemeanors. Unless <br />otherwise specified herein, any person violating any <br />provision of this Chapter, or failing to comply with any of <br />the mandatory requirements of this Chapter shall be guilty <br />of a misdemeanor; except that notwithstanding any other <br />provisions of this Chapter, any such violation constituting <br />a misdemeanor under this Chapter may, at the discretion of <br />the enforcing authority, be charged and prosecuted as an <br />infraction, or abated as a nuisance. <br /> <br /> (2) Violation as Public Nuisance. Each violation of <br />this Chapter shall constitute a public nuisance and be <br />subject to abatement as such. <br /> <br /> (3) Continuing Violations. Unless otherwise provided, <br />a person, firm, corporation or organization shall be deemed <br />guilty of a separate offense for each and every day during <br />any portion of which a violation of this Chapter is <br />committed, continued or permitted by the person, firm, <br />corporation or organization and shall be punishable <br />accordingly as herein provided. <br /> <br /> (4) Concealment. Causing, permitting, aiding, <br />abetting or concealing a violation of any provision of this <br />Chapter shall constitute a violation of such provision. <br /> <br /> 20 <br /> <br /> <br />
