FXS:dft ~/22/94R(030/11) <br /> --~/20/94R <br /> 5/05/95R <br /> <br />his/her designee to determine whether or not the proposed <br />construction within, or alteration of, any creek, ditch or <br />natural stormwater drainage channel, storm drainage easement <br />or public utility easement adjacent to, abutting or <br />adjoining any creek, ditch or natural stormwater drainage <br />channel within the City is of a substantial nature or may <br />constitute a permanent potential obstruction to the flow of <br />storm waters within such creek, ditch, natural stormwater <br />drainage channel, or storm drainage easement. <br /> <br /> "Section 27A.12. Fee; Deposit or Performance Bond. <br />The application required by the preceding Section shall be <br />written and shall be accompanied by a plan checking and <br />inspection fee in an amount established pursuant to the <br />provision of Article IX of Chapter 27 of the Code of the <br />City of Redwood City, California, to cover the cost of <br />checking any plans for, and inspection of, the proposed <br />construction within any creek, ditch, natural stormwater <br />drainage channel, storm drainage easement or public utility <br />easement adjacent to, abutting or adjoining any creek, ditch <br />or natural stormwater drainage channel within the City. <br />When deemed necessary by City's Director and/or his/her <br />designee, a cash deposit or performance bond may be required <br />to guarantee completion of any proposed construction or <br />alteration in accordance with the permit granted. <br /> <br /> "Section 27A.13.
