DES:d~'- 09/22/95 (039/7) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, at said public hearing all persons interested were <br />given the opportunity to be heard on the matter of the revised <br /> <br />rate schedule and this Council desires to approve said schedule; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> THE COUNCIL OF REDWOOD CITY, FOR ITSELF AND ON BEHALF OF <br />GENERAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 1-64, DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> SECTION 1. That certain revised rate schedule for the <br />facilities charge imposed in General Improvement District No. <br />1-64 pursuant to the Development Agreement, which schedule is set <br />forth in Attachment "A" hereof, attached hereto, and by this <br />reference incorporated herein is hereby approved. <br /> <br /> SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be effective 30 days from <br />the date of its adoption. <br /> <br /> <br />
