0 R I G I N A L 8/1/94 <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 2081 <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE FIXING THE AMOUNT OF MONEY TO BE <br /> RAISED BY TAXATION UPON THE TAXABLE PROPERTY <br /> WITHIN GENERAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 1-65 TO <br /> PROVIDE FUNDS FOR GENERAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT <br /> NO. 1-65. <br /> <br />THE COUNCIL OF REDWOOD CITY DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION 1. GENERAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 1-65. The following <br />general and special tax rates for General Improvement District No. 1-65 hereinafter set forth are <br />hereby levied and fixed, for the Fiscal Year July 1, 1994 - June 30, 1995, in the amounts set forth <br />herein as follows, to wit: <br /> <br /> Three Hundred Sixty Seven Thousand Five Hundred Ten and no/100 dollars <br />($367,510.00) for payment of principal and interest on Redwood City General Improvement <br />District No. 1-65 Bonds, for deposit in the Redwood City General Improvement District No. 1- <br />65 Fund, and the special tax rate therefor is hereby levied and fixed at $.0076 on each One <br />Hundred Dollars ($100.00) of assessed value of all taxable real property within the limits of <br />General Improvement District No. 1-65 as said District was established by Resolution No. 4589, <br />adopted by the Council of the City of Redwood City on March 15, 1965, together with all <br />territory thereafter annexed thereto. <br /> <br /> SECTION 2. REPEAL. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict with this <br /> <br />ordinance are hereby repealed. <br /> <br /> ~. SEVERABILITY. If any section, sentence, clause or phrase of this <br />ordinance is for any reason held by a Court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, such decision <br />shall not affect the validity of the remaining portions of this ordinance, and the City Council <br />hereby declares that it would have adopted said ordinance and each section, sentence, clause or <br />phrase thereof, irrespective of the fact that any one or more section, sentence, clause or phrase be <br />declared invalid. <br /> <br /> <br />
