Clean Air Vehicle Registration Fee Program. C/CAG shall serve as the <br />overall program manager for the San Mateo County under Health and Safety Code Section 44241 <br />for funds made available by the increase in motor vehicle registration fees that the Bay Area Air <br />Quality Management District is authorized to levy under A.B. 434, (1991 Statutes, Chapter 807.) <br /> <br /> 21. Storm Water Discharge Plan and Permit.
