� DI�F� `� -r., ORIG�I��►� SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT TO AGREEMENT TO PERFORM TARIFF SCHEDULED RELATED WORK,RULE 20A GENERAL CONDITIONS This Supplemental Agreement ("Supplemental Agreement") is made by and between the��ty of Redwood City ("Applicant") and Pacific Gas and Electric Company ("PG&E"), this /� of June, 2012 , with reference to that certain Agreement to Perform Tariff Schedule Related Work, Rule 20A General Conditions ("Agreement") dated of even date, by and between Applicant and PG&E for the Middlefield Road Underground Utility District Project("Project"). Unless otherwise defined herein, all terms used in this Supplemental Agreement and �e�ined in the Agreement shall have the same meaning as is ascribed to such terms in the Agreement. Notwithstanding that this Supplemental Agreement may be referred to separate and apart from the Agreement, this Supplemental Agreement shall be deemed part of the Agreement for all purposes and to the extent of conflicts between this Supplemental Agreement and the Agreement,this Supplemental Agreement shall control. 1. Item 6 of the Responsibilities of the Applicant shall not apply to any right of entry necessary for PG&E to perform the electric panel service conversion, which is covered by separate agreement. 2. Item 13 of the Responsibilities of the Applicant applies only to any potential grade changes relating to this Project under consideration and shall not bind Applicant with regard to any future grade changes separate and apart from the Project.
