13. No amplified/loudspeaker or loud "hawking," barking, or shouting to promote products is allowed. Amplified music, either live or pre-recorded, is prohibited except as approved by the City Manager in advance. 14. Animals are prohibited at the farmers' market. 15. Driveway from Bridge Parkway to the main entrance roundabout is a fire lane and only cones may be within this area (as depicted in Exhibit A-2) to provide a safe path between the two market areas. Aside from the traffic cones, the area shall be kept clear at all times to allow for the passage of emergency vehicles. 16. A maximum of 15 vendor trucks may be parked on site during the operation of the farmers market and are required to be parked behind vendor tents. Vendor trucks may not be parked in the spaces identified on the site plan as public parking spaces. 17. Licensee shall have market manager present and available at all farmers' market events. The name and contact information for the market manager shall be provided to the City Manager. 18. Vendor fees and selection of vendors for participation in the market are at the discretion of Licensee's market manager. 19. Vendors and participants shall comply, and Licensee is responsible for ensuring that such vendors and participants are in compliance, with (a) any and all requirements for participating in a "Certified Farmers' MarkeY' (as such term is defined in Section 27512 of the California Health and Safety Code and Article 6.5, Title 3 of the California Administrative Code), (b) any and all Laws as defined in Section 7.a. of the Agreement, (c) insurance requirements set forth in Section 9 of the Agreement, and (d) Licensee's own rules and regulations. 20. Any and all collateral materials for publicity or advertising which include the City's logo are subject to prior written approval by the City Manager.
