EXHIBIT "A" <br /> SCOPE OF SERVICES AND FEE <br /> CONSULTANT shall perform the following tasks: <br /> Task 1. Initiate Project and Prepare Notice of Preparation <br /> 1.1 Initiate Proiect. CONSULTANT shall coordinate with City Engineering and Planning <br /> Staff and other team members to obtain the most recent project files and outline <br /> tasks for analysis of alternatives. <br /> 1.2 Prepare Notice of Preparation (NOP). CONSULTANT shall prepare a NOP as <br /> required by CEQA Guidelines Section 15082. The NOP will include a brief project <br /> description, the location of the project, a map of the project site, and a summary of the <br /> findings of the Initial Study. The NOP will contain a link to the IS/MND on the City's web <br /> site for reference. CONSULTANT will provide the City with an electronic Word version <br /> of the NOP for circulation <br /> Task 2. Prepare Draft EIR <br /> 2.1 Administrative Draft EIR <br /> CONSULTANT shall prepare the administrative draft EIR. The EIR will include the <br /> following sections: <br /> I. Introduction <br /> II. Summary <br /> III. Project Description <br /> IV. Aesthetic Impact Analysis <br /> V. Cumulative Impact Analysis <br /> VI. Alternatives <br /> VII.Effects Found not to be Significant <br /> VIII. References <br /> Appendices <br /> The text of the project description will be supported with site plans, maps, graphics and <br /> pictures as appropriate. <br /> The CONSULTANT, through its sub-consultant, Callander Associates, will update the <br /> Conceptual Landscaping Plan to reflect the following: <br /> • Moving the water tank within the site. <br /> • Indicating on the plan which trees would be removed and calculating the required oak <br /> tree mitigation plantings.
