YACHT HARBOR DREDGING AND REHABILITATION <br /> PROJECT— INTEREST. For purposes of the Ordinance, the Yacht Harbor Dredging <br /> and Rehabilitation Project refers to that certain agreement by and between the State <br /> of California Department of Boating and Waterways and the City of Redwood City, a <br /> municipal corporation of the State of California, acting by and through its Board of <br /> Port Commissioners, dated January 20, 1992. The sum of Twenty Two Thousand <br /> Thirteen dollars ($22,013) is hereby appropriated from surplus Port funds for payment <br /> of interest during the Fiscal Year July 1, 2012 - June 30, 2013, and the expenditure of <br /> said sum for such purpose is hereby authorized. <br /> SECTION 9. YACHT HARBOR DREDGING AND REHABILITATION <br /> PROJECT - PRINCIPAL.
