EXHIBIT B <br /> <br />PROJECT TIMETABLE <br /> <br />Task Item: Projected Target Date <br />1. Contract Execution February 1, 2002 <br />2. Initial software delivery. Upon CITY approval of contract and signature of <br />all documents by CRW and CITY, CRW delivers standard version of proposed February 4, 2002 <br />Licensed Software Product on CD computer media. CRW begins to modify <br />software product to meet contract commitments and customize screen displays <br />and reports to meet CITY requirements. <br />3. Project kick-off meeting. CRW reviews project timetable and training <br />schedule with CITY Computer Services and Community Development Dept. <br />personnel. CRW adjusts schedule as required. CRW installs standard software February 13, 2002 <br />with demonstration database for initial testing by CITY. CITY provides copy of <br />existing data to CRW for preliminary conversion. <br /> Week of March 4, 2002 <br />4. System Administrator Training. CRW trains up to four (4) CITY staff. <br /> Wk. of March 4, 2002 <br />5. Data Delivery. CRW delivers initial data conversion in TrakIt database <br />format. CRW delivers initial configuration of system based on system <br />requirements provided by CITY <br />7. System Acceptance testing begins. CITY begins System Acceptance March 15, 2002 <br />Testing. <br />8. Acceptance testing ends. CITY completes Acceptance Testing, and ceCdfies May 1, 2002 <br />Permit and Inspection System delivered as specified and proposed. <br />9. IVR Installation. CP, W and IVR vendor deliver and install IVR hardware and May/June, 2002 <br />software Date to be determined <br />10. User Training. CRW trains end users (front counter staff, inspectors, May/June, 2002 <br />planning staff) Date to be determined <br />11. Final Data Conversion and System Deployment. CRW provides final data July, 2002 <br />conversion using information provided by CITY.
