ORIGINAL <br /> <br /> AMENDMENT NO. 1 <br /> TO AGREEMENT FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES <br /> AND SOFTWARE LICENSE <br /> (CRW SYSTEM, INC. dba CRW ASSOCIATES) <br /> <br /> This Amendment No. 1 is entered into and effective as of the 3( day of July, 2002, <br />amending the agreement dated January 28, 2002 (the "Agreement"), by and between the City of <br />Redwood City, a charter city and municipal corporation ("City"), and CRW System, Inc., dba CRW <br />Associates ("Consultant") (collectively, the ~Parties~) for permitting software and related services. <br /> <br /> RECITALS <br /> <br /> A. Pursuant to the Agreement, Consultant has provided permitting software and relatecl <br /> <br />services to City. <br /> <br /> B. City is now prepared to begin administrator training for personnel in Engineering, Fire. <br /> <br />Planning, and Revenue Services and post-implementation auditJUSer training (the "Services"); <br /> <br />and <br /> <br /> C. Sufficient funds have been included in the project funding for the Services; and <br /> <br /> D. The Parties have negotiated and agreed to a supplemental scope of work and fee <br /> <br /> schedule for the Services, which is attached to and incorporated by this reference as Exhibit "A," <br /> <br /> Scope of Services aha Fee. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of these recitals and the mutual covenants <br /> contained herein. City and Consultant agree as follows: <br /> <br /> 1. In acldit[on to those services contained in the Agreement, Consultant will provide <br /> <br /> the Services descdbeci in Exhibit "A." <br /> <br /> 2. city will pay Consultant for all work associated with the Services described in <br /> <br /> Exhibit "A" on a time and materials basis not-to-exceed Fourteen Thousand Dollars ($14,000). <br /> Consultant will provide City, on a monthly basis, copies of invoices sufficiently detailed to include <br /> <br /> hours performed, houny rates, and related activities and costs for approval by City. <br /> <br /> F:At~y/Agr/Amen ~J 1 CRW <br /> 062702 <br /> <br /> <br />
