Substantial <br /> modi�cation of said approved plans, as determined by the Community <br /> Developme�t Director or his/Frer designee, may be subject to a PD Permit <br /> Amendment pursuant to Article 46 af the Redwood C�ty Zoning Ordinance <br /> and/or an amendment #o the approved Vesting TM pursuant to Chapter 30 of <br /> tf�e Redwood Ci#y Municipal Code. <br /> 5. Once a Vesting TM has bee� appra�ed, the PD Permit shall �emain in efFec# <br /> as long as #he Vesting Ter�ta#ive Map (TM) approval has not expired. !t shal! <br /> 6e nul! and void should the Vesfing TM approval for tnis project expire witl�out <br /> a Final Map being recorded. <br /> 6.
