Please think about the 3-dirnens�ional implications of the proposul, <br /> and it�visual and aesthetac impact. Please think about mass, scale and lot size. <br /> b) ask the Planning Cammission�o focus on the indisputahle fact that McGowan has no intrinsic right to <br /> summarily decic�e that he can build nine houses on a lot zoned for four. He has no intrinsic right to rnake such <br /> unilateraI decisions and call this `A P�anned De��elopment' so that he can build nine homes without presenting a <br /> clear concept of its benefit ar purpose. The current situation is unfathomable. Nine homes means ara unteraable <br /> numher of exemptions have to be granted to laws that were put in place ta protect our enviranment and homes. <br /> It just c�oesn't make sense. <br /> We look forward to your reply and hope far your support. We are eager to support a plan which wilI bring more <br /> families into our neighborhood, while preserving sidewalks, a modest amount of garden area, creek setbacks <br /> and fire codes. <br /> Thank you for your time, patience and attezition.
