On pages 97-99 of the FEfR,the report discusses observations by McCloskey and 5tillman in 2012,which were apparently made in response to our DE1R comments. No report from their s�rvey is included in the FEIR appendices, as was the case with the archeological and#ree survey reports. Prior to the initial Council decision on the project,the file was relatively complete with p�blic records on the project, as it should be. But I'�e r�oticed that since that time,what has been provided to me when I've asked to review the file was large�y confined to documents otherwise released to the pUblic to satisfy notification requirements. In particular,the file has largely nat contained any email or other correspondence to or from the Planning Dept. related to the Finger project-inclucling emails you and I ha�e shared outside of the formal comment periods for the NOP and DEIR (and which are clearly public record). fnvoices and other infqrmation regarding consultant contracts, etc. have also not been present, and even sfranger,some material that was present in the prvjec3 file (and copies provided ta me) back in Jan-Feb. 2011 was no longer present in the project file when I re�iewed the file in April and August of last year. 7his time around, I would appreciate the opportunity to review the following: 1}All documents in the possession of the City or its agents(consultants)that refer or relate to the preparatipn of environmental review or appraval of the Finger A�e.project that has not otherwise been released via the DEIR or FEIR. These include reports, plans, etc,�rovided to the City by the de�eloper or its agents, 2)All meeting notes, phone logs, memoranda,and correspondence, including emails,to or from the City relative to the Finger A�enue project. 3)All contracts and in�oices related to services provided to/from the City and its agents related to the environrr3ental review
