Amendment Number Two to the Agreement providing Information <br /> Technology Support to the City of East Palo Alto <br /> Staff contact: Tony Gelphman, Information Technology Manager 780-7090 <br /> tgelphman@redwoodcity.org <br /> Recommendation: <br /> Approve, by motion, Amendment Number Two to provide Information <br /> Technology (IT) support services to the City of East Palo Alto and authorize <br /> the City Manager to sign the agreement under which the City of Redwood <br /> City will provide additional IT services to the City of East Palo Alto between <br /> February 12, 2012 and June 30, 2013. <br /> I.
