From what we can tell no substantial changes have been
made since it was last up for consideration. Things like the creek setback, roadway design with increased traffic
and parking issues, massiveness of the project and its compatibility with the suxrottnding neighborhoad laak to
be continuing problems.
In a demacracy progress often means compramise with none of the various interest groups getting everything
I exacty the way they want it. It appears to us that the developer in this case refuses to do anything maJor to
scale back the scope of this project. A cynic would assume the developer has penciled in the exact aevelopment
they want to maacimize their profit and will not compromise. If they get their wish, they will take their money
and be gone and the cammunity, including the owners of these homes, will be left ta deal with the conseguences
for the long term. That isn't right.
We urge you to reject this current praposa for the Finger Avenue Project.
Thanks,
Terry BlanchardlLinda Vetter
2G Finger Avenue
Reawaod City, CA 94052
i
