6. CONSENT CALENDAR <br />Items on the Consent Calendar are considered to be routine by the City Council and <br />will be enacted by one motion and one vote. The Consent Calendar category is <br />limited to 15 minutes of comment to be allocated as determined by the Mayor. Bair Island Marina Residential Subdivision, and <br />2. Street Improvements for Bair Island Road Extension, and <br />release the bonds for the two projects, following the submission of a Maintenance <br />Bond in the amount of $257,200.00 and $53,900.00, respectively, in accordance <br />with the two Improvement Agreements. <br />C.
