I have a number of concerns. <br />1. By waving the EIR how are we to know the damage that could be done to the steep <br />hillside? <br />2. What will happen to our beautiful view of the bay? <br />3. If you waive the EIR you might as well do away with it completely and let us all build what and where we want. <br />4. The hillside is the home of a variety of wild animals including deer,racoons and a variety of <br />birds.
