Appointment to Planning Commission Seat Vacated by Council Member Rosanne Foust On August 25, 2003, City Council made Planning Commission appointments/re - appointments to three seats, each for a three -year term. A vacancy has occurred to fill the unexpired term of Rosanne Foust as she was elected to the City Council at the November 4, 2003 eleci:ion. The term of the vacant seat expires in June, 2006.
