L <br />C <br />EXHIBIT "B" <br />SCOPE OF DEVELOPMENT <br />HallmarK House Apartments <br />The Hallmark House Apartments consist of 72 total units located on <br />real property in Redwood City, California. The Project involves <br />the repair and rehabilitation of the Property for use as affordable <br />housing, and will include the following elements: <br />Budget Line Items Agency Budget <br />Roof ing $ <br />Termite Eradication <br />Windows and Sliding <br />Glass Doors <br />Concrete Repairs to <br />Walkways <br />Playground <br />Fencing <br />Exterior Siding <br />Exterior Paint <br />Total Rehabilitation <br />Costs $ <br />A11 works of improvement must be constructed and finished in <br />accordance with all applicable provisions of the Redwood City <br />Municipal Code and the regulations and procedures of its various <br />departments, and in a manner sufficient to obtain a Certificate of <br />Occupancy which applies to each and every unit of the Property. <br />Under Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act (Section 8.22) four (4) <br />units shall be mobility accessible and an additional two (2) sight <br />and hearing units. <br />L' � <br />
