Graduation and Presentation of <br />Certificates by Mayor Claire and Vice Mayor Ira. <br />6. ORAL COMMUNICATIONS <br />Rudy Luca congratulated the P.A.C.T, graduates and the newly elected Council <br />Members. He cited statistics on voter turnout and stated that we must do more to get <br />people out to vote.
