60-c- (05 <br />EXHIBIT "F" <br />CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION <br />When Recorded, Mail to: <br />CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION <br />The undersigned, as Executive Director of the <br />Redevelopment Agency of the City of Redwood City, hereby certifies <br />as follows: <br />By its Resolution No. adopted and approved <br />, 20_, the Redevelopment Agency of the City of <br />Redwood City has resolved as follows: <br />v Section 1. The improvements [or that certain portion <br />of the improvements described as ] required <br />to be constructed in accordance with that certain Owner <br />Participation Agreement (the "Agreement") dated , 2003, <br />by and between the City of Redwood City, the Redevelopment Agency <br />cf the City of Redwood City and KDF Communities, LLC, a California <br />limited liability company (the "Participating Owner "), on that <br />certain real property more fully described in Exhibit "A" attached <br />hereto and incorporated herein by this reference have been <br />completed in accordance with the provisions of said Agreement. <br />Section 2. This Certificate of Completion shall <br />constitute a conclusive determination of satisfaction of the <br />agreements and covenants contained in the Agreement with respect to <br />the obligations of the Participating Owner, and its successors and <br />assigns, to construct the improvements and the dates for the <br />beginning and completion thereof; provided, however, that the <br />Agency may enter the Property for purposes of enforcing any <br />covenant of the Agreement. Said Agreement is an official record of <br />the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Redwood City and a copy of <br />said Agreement may be inspected in the office of the Secretary of <br />the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Redwood City during regular <br />F - 1 <br />
