The budget may be <br />increased if necessary to complete the scope of work. We will notify you prior to expenditure of <br />80 percent of the budget if the need for a budget increase is anticipated. We will not be <br />obligated to continue providing services upon expenditure of authorized funding if the increased <br />budget needed to complete the scope of work is not authorized.
