The proposal of Mansan Construction Company in the amount of <br /> Thirteen Million Nine Hundred Seventy-One Thousand and na/1 QO Doilars <br /> {$13,97'1,000.00}, computed in accordance with Manson Construction <br /> Campany's proposal dafed May 25, 2012, for the Project is hereby accepted and <br /> said Manson Construction Company is hereby found and declared fio be the <br /> respansible bidder whose proposal is determined ta be the most advantageous <br /> for said Project. <br /> 2. The findings of the staff report prepared in connection with this <br /> Resolution are hereby accepted and approved and incorporated by fhis <br /> reference. <br /> 3. That certain agreement and related documents forming the <br /> constructian contracts for said Project (the "Agreement") by and befween tne <br /> City of Redwood City, a municipal carporation of fihe Stafe of California, by and <br /> through its Board of Port Commissioners ("Port of Redwood City") and Manson <br /> Construction Company, a copy of which agreement is on file in the office of the <br /> Porf Executive Direcfor, to which copy reference is hereby made for the full <br /> particulars thereof, is hereby approved, and the Por� Executive Director and #he <br /> Port Executive Secretary are hereby authorized and directed to execute and to <br /> attest thereto, respectively said agreement for and on behalf of the Port of <br /> Redwood City. <br /> 4.
