<br /> Specifications accompanying the same shall in any wise affecf its obiigations on this bond; and
<br /> i#does hereby waive ttotice of any such change, extension of time, alteration or addition to fhe

<br /> In the event City, or its successors or assigns, shail be the prevaiiing party in an ac#ion brought
