5. ORAL COMMUNICATIONS AND CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> <br />This agenda item affords members of the public the opportunity to directly address the <br />City Council/Redevelopment Agency on any subject relating to the City <br />Council/Redevelopment Agency which is not on the agenda or any item within the <br />Consent Calendar. If the subject you wish to address is not on the aqenda, please <br />understand that the Brown Act (Open Meetinq Law) precludes the Council/Agency from <br />taking any action at this time. All items within the Consent Calendar are considered to be <br />routine and the City Council will waive the reading of the Consent Calendar (except the <br />title of any ordinances) and adopt all resolutions and ordinances, and approve other items <br />by one motion and one vote.
