5. ORAL COMMUNICATIONS AND CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> <br /> This agenda item affords members of the public the opportunity to directly address the <br /> City Council/Board of Equalization on any subject relating to the City Council/Board of <br /> Equalization which is not on the agenda or any item within the Consent Calendar. If the <br /> subiect you wish to address is not on the a.qenda, please understand that the Brown Act <br /> (Open Meetinq Law) precludes the Council/Board from takin.q any action at this time. All <br /> items within the Consent Calendar are considered to be routine and the City Council will <br /> waive the reading of the Consent Calendar (except the title of any ordinances) and adopt <br /> all resolutions and ordinances, and approve other items by one motion and one vote.
