Adopt a resolution declaring Canvass of Returns and Results of General <br /> Municipal Election held on November 4, 2003 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, RECITING THE <br /> FACT OF THE GENERAL MUNICIPAL ELECTION HELD ON NOVEMBER 4, 2003 <br /> DECLARING THE RESULT AND SUCH OTHER MATTERS AS PROVIDED BY LAW <br /> <br /> 2. Introduce an ordinance amending Section 32.75 fo the municipal code, <br /> providing for an increase in the Uniform Transient Occupany Tax to ten <br /> percent (10%) <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br /> AMENDING SECTION 32.75 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br /> CITY, PROVIDING FOR AN INCREASE IN THE UNIFORM TRANSIENT OCCUPANCY <br /> TAX FROM EIGHT PERCENT (8%) TO TEN PERCENT (10%) <br /> <br /> 3.
