MINUTE ORDER <br /> CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br /> <br /> March 25, 2002 <br /> MO. 02-76 <br /> <br />CITY CLERK DEPARTMENT <br />Redwood City <br /> <br />DATE: March 29, 2002 <br /> <br />Attention: City Attorney <br /> Finance Department <br /> <br />SUBJECT: Election Savings <br /> <br />Meeting of the Council of the City of Redwood City on March 25, 2002. <br /> <br />Present: Councilmember Howard, Ira, Pierce, Ruskin, and Mayor Claire <br />Absent: Hartnett and Jordan <br /> <br />The following motion was made, carried and entered on the Minutes: <br /> <br />M/S Ira/Howard to allocate the election savings of $35,000.00 as follows: · $4,000.00 to the Library Board <br /> · $3,000.00 to the Pride and Beautification Committee <br /> · $16,000.00 to the Civic Cultural Commission <br /> · $12,000.00 to the Housing and Human Concerns <br /> Committee <br />with the boards, committees and commissions to report back to Council on how <br />the funds are spent. <br /> <br />The motion passed by a unanimous voice vote by those present. <br /> <br />Patricia S.
