� � ORIGINAL <br /> AMENDMENT NO. 2 TO EXTEND THE AGREEMENT <br /> FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES <br /> (WALTER RASK) <br /> T is A endment No. 2 is entered into and effective as of the � day of <br /> 2013, extending the agreement dated July 4, 2012 (the <br /> " gre ment") by and befinreen the City of Redwood City, a charter city and municipal <br /> corporation of the State of California ("City"), and Walter Rask ("Consultant") <br /> (collectively, the "Parties"). <br /> RECITALS <br /> A. On July 4, 2012, the Parties executed that certain Agreement for Professional <br /> Services and on January 24, 2013, the Parties executed Amendment No. 1 to Extend <br /> and Amend the Agreement. <br /> B. The Parties desire to extend the Agreement for a period of ten months; and <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of these recitals and the mutual covenants <br /> contained herein, the Parties agree as follows: <br /> 1. The Agreement, as may have been amended from time to time, is hereby <br /> extended for a period of ten months ending on June 30, 2014. <br /> 2. All other provisions of the Agreement, as may have been amended from <br /> time to time, shall remain in full force and effect. <br /> 3. All requisite insurance policies to be maintained by the Consultant <br /> pursuant to the Agreement, as may have been amended from time to time, shall include <br /> coverage for this Amendment. <br /> a.
