We are delighted to support Redwood City 2020 with this grant from the <br /> Immigrant Integration grantmaking strategy,which promotes mutual benefits for iminigrant and receiving <br /> communities. <br /> Please sign, date and return the attached grant agreement to Christine Morissette, <br /> cmmorissette@siliconvalleycf.oxg, as soon as possible. Once we receive the signed agreement,we will forward <br /> payment to you. Please include the grant number noted above in any report or correspondence. In an effort <br /> to further the overall program goals of this strategy and contribute to larger field-building objectives,please <br /> be advised that grantees will be asked to participate in periodic cohort meetings to share information on <br /> project activities and best practices. <br /> The enclosed grant agreement is City of Redwood City's contract with Silicon Valley Community Foundation <br /> detailing how the funds will be spent. You may not use the funds in any way other than as described in the <br /> grant proposal and agreement unless you receive written pe�mission from the community foundation. Please <br /> inform Silicon Valley Community Foundation if there are changes in agency personnel who are important to <br /> the administration of the grant,or if the grant funds cannot be exper.ded for the purposes or in the time <br /> period described in the grant agreement. <br /> In addition,grantees will be expected to meet the community foundation's reporting requirements, submitting <br /> evaluation, financial and narrarive reports which may include an interim progress repoxt, final report,and/or <br /> presentation to community foundation staff and donors.
