TIME AND FEE SCHEDULES <br /> Fair Oaks Community Center and Senior Center A C RTU Equipment Replacement <br /> PROJECT DESCRIPTION: <br /> Mechanical and electrical consulting engineering services for the replacement of the existing <br /> two AC rooftop units. <br /> SCOPE OF SERVICES: <br /> A. DESIGN PHASE <br /> Task��.—Site Visit <br /> Consultant shall review existing site conditions to include at least one (1) site visit <br /> with city's representative, coordinate with Trane, and compile design information. <br /> One (1) site visit with city's representative. <br /> oi <br /> Task�—Construction Documents— HVAC <br /> Consultant shall provide mechanical, with electrical circuiting and connections, AC <br /> rooftop unit replacement project permit and bid documents. <br /> Consultant shall: <br /> • Evaluate AC loads, select equipment and provide Title 24 forms. <br /> • Provide demolition drawings, new drawings, details and equipment list <br /> schedule. <br /> • Coordinate design with structural engineers and electrical requirements. <br /> • Reconnect gas and condensate drain to new AC Rooftop Units. <br /> • Re-connect/re-circuit new AC Rooftop Units as required. <br /> • Provide electrical circuiting for new HVAC equipment and controls. <br /> oz. <br /> Task�— Plan Check Comments <br /> Consultant shall provide revisions as required for the permitting process. <br /> Task 4—Client Meetinqs <br /> Consultant shall attend one (1) coordination meeting. <br /> B.
