EXHIBIT "A" <br /> SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> The Consultant shall perform the following tasks: <br /> 1. No later than two weeks following the submittal of the draft traffic study prepared by <br /> the applicant's consultant, review the traffic study, discuss the findings of said traffic <br /> study with the City, and make recommendations to the City including possible <br /> mitigation measures if necessary. <br /> 2. No later than two weeks following the City's acceptance of the final traffic study <br /> prepared by the applicant's consultant, prepare and submit an administrative draft <br /> noise study to the City, discuss the findings of said noise study with the City, and <br /> make recommendations to the City including possible mitigation measures if <br /> necessary. <br /> 3. No later than one week following completion of the City's review of the administrative <br /> draft noise study, finalize and submit the final noise study to the City in accordance <br /> with the City's comments on the administrative draft noise study. <br /> The total cost for these services is estimated at $10,965.00. All fees will be charged on a <br /> time and materials basis, commensurate with work completed, in accordance with the <br /> attached fee schedule. If Consultant does not need all the time that has been budgeted, we <br /> will only bill for the time actually spent completing the work.
