EXHIBIT "A" <br /> SCOPE OF SERVICES AND FEE <br /> Consultant will perform the following services: <br /> Assist the City in compiling, reviewing and organizing the Pete's Harbor documents <br /> pursuant to the appeal filed on November12, 2012.
