EXHIBIT "A" SCOPE OF SERVICES AND FEE Consultant will continue to assist the City in compiling, reviewing and organizing the Pefe's Hat�or do�i.i�rieiifs pursuarit to ffte oii-gbin� �roc:essing �f fFie projecf. Tfiese tasks are in addition to the items outlined in the Originai Agreement and subsequent Amendments No. 1 and No. 2.Additional tasks include: • On-going coordination with City staff and Applicant regarding updated application, • meetings and conference calls with City staff as needed, • compifafion and disfn'bution of updafed documenfs and bacCcground informa�ion, • oversight and preparation of staff report for Planning Commission meeting and related documents needed, • oversight and preparation of resolution for Planning Commission meeting, and related staff review, • oversight and coordination of additional CEQA review and/or documentation (as needetf j, • management and distribution of documents as needed and as directed by City Staff, and • assistance to Blake Lyon as needed to ensure timely review by the City. Feas; Consultant shall provide the above Services on a regular hourly fee basis as identified in the Original Agreement for up to an additional $35,000 (for a contract total of$94,500). Consultant will continue to bill reimbursable costs (travel, printing, phone etc.) under the Original Agreement for reimbursables (not to exceed cost of$5,000 which is included in the contract total).
