Council inquired about the County's role and about a <br /> particular owner. Mr. Ekern provided answers to both concerns. <br /> There was no public comment. <br /> M/S Foust/Seybert to close the Public Hearing. Motion carried by unanimous voice <br /> vote with Council Member Bain absent. <br /> M/S Foust/Seybert to introduce the ordinance.
