Rodrigo Picon said he is currently a taxi driver in Redwood City, is representing all taxi <br /> drivers, and they have submitted a letter and signatures. He asked for help from the <br /> City and the police department for more regulation and enforcement. He noted they pay <br /> for their permits versus others from other neighboring cities, which come in, and do not <br /> pay and are not regulated. <br /> Mayor Aguirre said she is referring the matter to the City Manager and City Attorney to <br /> look into what ordinances may be applicable and what other cities are doing.
