Council Member Foust commented on two individuals at the Costco parking lot who fed <br /> birds by dumping boxes of crumbs. City Attorney Thompson advised the Council that <br /> Code Enforcement can inform the property owner, so he or she can contact their <br /> lawyers for enforcement. City Manager Bell offered to notify the property owner, and let <br /> them know this has been reported by a Council Member. This Council Member <br /> believes this is a health issue. One Council Member noted that the same issue <br /> occurred at Woodside Plaza not too long ago. <br /> Mayor Aguirre invited the public to the Port's 75th Anniversary and announced there will <br /> be ships doing tours for the public. <br /> Council Member Seybert noted that this Saturday there will be a Kennedy School <br /> fundraiser breakfast that supports their trip to the Grand Canyon. <br /> A.
