Professional services agreements to support development of Water System Master <br /> Plan. (304) <br /> Recommendation: <br /> Approve, by motion, two professional service agreements identified below as part <br /> of the water master planning effort, and authorize the City Manager to increase the <br /> contract amounts up to 10% if necessary. <br /> 1. West Yost Associates (West Yost) in an amount not to exceed $328,618 for <br /> consulting engineering services to provide water system modeling, capacity <br /> assessment, and overall coordination of the work product. <br /> Minute Order 10-013 <br /> 2.
