Green Gardener Certification — Beth Ross, Environmental Initiatives Manager <br /> and Debbie Ivazes, Water Conservation Technician <br /> The three groups of graduating classes were honored and Acting City Manager <br /> Gonzalez thanked all the participants. The City Council greeted each of the graduating <br /> members and they received a certificate of completion. Ms. Gonzalez thanked the <br /> Council for having a special meeting for this specific topic. Vice Mayor Aguirre thanked <br /> all those present for their hard work and congratulate them on their accomplishment. <br /> .
