I <br /> Judy King, speaker on behalf of CORA, Community Overcoming Relationship Abuse, <br /> explained the six elements of a good decision and she supports moving forward with the <br /> EIR in hopes of building more low income housing. <br /> Rich Panelli, a resident and co-founder of Sustainable Redwood City, believes that facts <br /> are needed and that the key is order and commitment. <br /> Doug Crisman thanked Chu Chang and Council for the Stop Sign at Cringle Dr. and <br /> Redwood Shores Pkwy. <br /> Nita Spangler expressed her disappointment at how the meeting was conducted. She <br /> opined that the meeting lacked civility and decorum. She stated she would like to see <br /> more of the "old" Redwood City, but also welcome new business in the area. <br /> M/S Foust/Aguirre to approve the Consent Calendar. <br /> One Council Member commented that on agenda item 6.3.A she wanted to thank <br /> Recology and Finance Director Ponty for their hard work. Mayor Ira echoed those <br /> sentiments. Another Council Member shared her appreciation for the Stop sign at Cringle. <br /> Another Council Member asked all residents and or drivers to respect the new Stop sign. <br /> He also mentioned the need for decorum and respect in the Council Chambers. One <br /> Council Member thanked Reverend Holder, in the audience, for giving a beautiful and <br /> moving sermon at the recent services for Abigail Milagros Karow. <br /> Mayor Ira made an announcement that the appeal item was moved because of a <br /> notification lapse. He apologized for the inconvenience and stated that a Council meeting <br /> will take place on June 7, 2010. <br /> Motion carried unanimously by electronic vote. <br /> 6.1 Section - Motions <br /> A.
