(507) <br /> Peter Vorametsanti, City Engineer, presented the topic clarifying that a five-year <br /> timeframe is more reasonable and will be helpful in the long run. <br /> Mr. Abrams interjected and clarified that the finro public hearings (7.A and 7.B) could be <br /> combined and heard simultaneously. <br /> Mayor Ira opened the two Public Hearings and welcome public comment. <br /> Public Comment <br /> Don Warren said he was representing two major property owners for Seaport Centre and <br /> that he was very impressed with the Council deliberations on the budget. He <br /> complimented finro city staffers, Peter Vorametsanti and Grace Le for being <br /> knowledgeable, understanding their needs, putting in the effort and time, and being very <br /> gracious.
